Who we are
HVF is a boutique accounting firm based in Athens Greece at Kifisia with offices at Mykonos Island Cyclades.
We work with a great number of clients across industry offering our clients a range of Financial, Accounting, Tax and Business advisory services. HVF make your business our business, during both the consulting as well as the implementation face. We work hand in hand with our clients to find the unique solution that best applies to you.
We aspire to be the one stop shop for all clients in meeting regulatory and Statutory Requirements, in setting up, operating as well as sale mergers acquisition or dissolutions. HVF was established in 2013 by Harry Visaritis and was subsequently joined by Fei Frantzeskaki and Antonis Hadjiantonas.

Antonis Hadjiantonas
Antonis is The Head of the Business Advisory Services.
Antonis is a Civil Engineer (University of London, Queen Mary) and a UK Chartered Accountant with great international experience.
He has over 30 years of Business Consulting experience in Athens, London, New York, Los Angeles and Mykonos, out of which 22 years as a partner with PWC Athens in the Business advisory and Human resources Consulting practice.
He worked across industry with clients in the Construction industry, Financial Services, Hospitals, Hospitality and Leisure and Tourism, Film and Entertainment, Food and Beverage, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences as well as in the public sector such as Post, OSE, OASA , Airport, Attiki Odos.
Harry Visaritis
Harry is the founder of HVF and the Head of Accounting and Company Administrative services.
Harry is a graduate of the Industrial University of Thessaloniki (Βιομηχανικη Σχολη Θεσαλλονικης) in Organization and Business Administration.
He has over 30 years of experience in Tax and Accounting and he has held positions as head of accounting for 3E in Greece (Coca cola bottlers), and as CFO at the Bank of Piraeus, and ST Medical services. Harry's Clients are across industry sectors both in large organizations and Family Businesses.
Fei Frantzeskaki
Fei is the Head of Tax
She is a graduate in Accounting from the Technical University of Athens.
She is the partner in the firm in charge of the Tax department. She joined HVF in 2018. Her clients with the firm include both large corporations as well as Medium size companies and small family businesses.
Fei has over 29 years of experience as a Tax auditor and inspector in the Ministry of Finance. While at the Ministry she worked across industry in the Financial Audits for large companies and organisations. Such companies include Manufacturing, Hotels Leisure and tourism, commercial and Trading companies, Food and Beverage.
